The answer is simple. To have the best time while in miami you want to go to Miami South Beach! But more specifically, south of 5th street. Otherwise, it is way too crowded and you will have a difficult time enjoying your time without being on top of someone else, literally.

What times is the best for the weather in miami?

The best times to go to the beach I would say are after 3PM or before noon... otherwise it gets overwhelmingly hot and this weather in Miami will suffocate you.. no joke. It gets terrible sometimes.. I don't want to see one of you choking on the beach.
